Puerto Rosita

The small protected bay feels closer to civilization then where we have been the last few days. On shore we can see a fishermen settlement where someone seems to live, and on the eastern side of the bay the beach is full with rubbish and plastics from the sea. The place is quiet and hosts the passage of a variety of birds. The next morning we observe five dark brow heads following one lighter brown head in the water; they head for the shore, reveal themselves as Chungungos (Marine Otters), shake off the water  and run up through the forest in a perfect line.
